Helen Kong from Secret Teatime will guide you through this experience sharing historical, cultural, and philosophical context. Tea is served in her handmade teawares and curated for a summer themed experience. 

In this 75 minute omakase, participants will experience a 3 course tea gathering. 

First course: Yuzu Salmon Ochazuke, pickles served with steeped tea. 

Second course: Mung bean cake with a sample of Koicha (濃茶 - thick matcha).

Third course: Usucha (薄茶 - thin matcha) with small dried sweets. 

There are limited seats to this intimate tea gathering.
