Event Highlights💡
A Thanksgiving Tea Gathering at ICHA Tea
A special thank-you to our tea friends who have supported us along the way.
This Thanksgiving, we would like to slow down, share a cup of tea, and say thank you to the friends and guests who have supported ICHA Tea from the beginning.
For this special 45-minute tasting, we will explore two very different expressions of Longjing — one as a vibrant green tea, and one transformed into a fragrant black tea.
🍃 Top Grade Dragon Well
Fresh · Rich · Vibrant
Made from carefully selected Longjing tea leaves, this green tea offers a fresh, rich and full expression of the leaf.
We will explore its aroma, flavour, appearance, and what makes a high-quality Dragon Well so distinctive.
🌸 Black Dragon
Fragrant · Smooth · Lingering
The same Longjing tea takes on a completely different character when made into black tea and combined with the distinctive fragrance of osmanthus.
The result is a smooth and deeply aromatic tea, with a floral fragrance that lingers long after each sip.
One Tea. Two Sides.
How can the same tea leaf express itself in two completely different ways?
During the tasting, we will share the stories, history, and craftsmanship behind these two teas, while experiencing how processing and blending can transform the character of the leaf.
This is more than a tea tasting.
It is our way of saying thank you.
To everyone who has visited us, shared a cup with us, brought a friend, supported us, and continued to be part of the ICHA Tea journey — this cup is for you.
