Shipping policy

 

We fulfill orders every business day, Monday to Friday. Our shipping times are typically 2-5 business days for Toronto and up to 8 business days for orders across Canada. However, it's important to note that while we strive to provide timely delivery, we are primarily a tea company and rely on logistics partners such as Canada Post, Chitchat, and UPS to handle shipping. In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in shipping, which can be frustrating for our customers and ourselves. In such cases, we advise checking the tracking number and contacting the logistics company directly for updates. If the logistics company is unable to provide insight into the status of your shipment, we will resend your order and investigate the matter further to recoup any losses incurred.
