This guided tasting explores how blending teas from different tea categories can reveal striking contrasts and unexpected harmony. Each pairing is intentionally created to help guests understand the distinctive character of each tea style — from fresh and floral to rich and earthy — while discovering how they transform when brought together.
Guests will experience three distinct tastings, each crafted from two classic teas:
• Dragon Well & Jasmine — green tea meets scented tea, combining chestnut-like freshness with an elegant floral lift.
• Silver Needle & Golden Eyebrow — white tea and black tea unite, balancing delicate sweetness with a smooth, honeyed depth.
• Raw Pu’er & Ripe Pu’er — two expressions of Pu’er processing, where vibrant energy meets mellow richness.
Through these blends, you’ll gain a deeper appreciation of how tea category, processing, and aroma shape the drinking experience.
