Hot Brew
- Portion: Use one whole tangerine (around 8–10g) per 200ml (6.7oz) of water.
- Temperature: Steep with boiling water at 95–100°C (203–212°F).
- Time: Begin with a 10–15 second rinse to wake up the tea. 1st-6th steep: 30-40 seconds, gradually increasing by 10 seconds with each additional steep.
- Re-steep: Enjoy 8–10 infusions, as the tea’s earthy depth melds with the bright, zesty tangerine peel, intensifying over each steep.
Cold Brew
- Portion: Use one whole tangerine per 1.5 liters of cold water.
- Time: Let it steep in the fridge for 8–10 hours or overnight, creating a smooth, lightly sweet brew with a delicate balance of earthy pu erh and refreshing citrus.
- Serve: Pour over ice to enhance the crisp, citrusy notes.
