June 6th 2:30pm White Tea Tasting (North york yonge sheppard center location)

I recently had the pleasure of attending the White Tea Tasting at the North York Yonge & Sheppard center location, and it was a truly delightful afternoon. The tasting itself was expertly curated, each white tea variety offered its own subtle character and charm, from delicate floral notes to gentle woody sweetness.

What made this experience truly memorable, however, was the exceptional team leading the tasting. The staff demonstrated genuine expertise and infectious passion about tea, thoughtfully guiding us through each sip and sharing the nuances I might have otherwise missed. But beyond their technical knowledge, they made me feel like valued members of a community by generously sharing their vision for the location's future. That sense of inclusion and welcome made the afternoon feel special.

The space itself is simply beautiful serene and thoughtfully designed in a way that perfectly complements the meditative nature of tea tasting. It's easy to see why this venue will become a beloved gathering place for tea enthusiasts.
If you're looking for an authentic, welcoming introduction to the world of teas, I couldn't recommend this experience more highly. I'm already looking forward to returning.
